Cancellation policy

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy — returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders that are cancelled before dispatch, no charge applies — simply confirm the cancellation with us and the order will not be shipped.

AllDoneHub reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, if payment was already made, a full refund will be issued.
