Do you deliver across India? Yes, AllDoneHub currently ships to all serviceable pincodes across India.

How long does delivery take? Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, COD is available at checkout alongside prepaid options (UPI, cards, netbanking).

Is the product genuine/original? Yes, all products sold on AllDoneHub are sourced directly and are exactly as described and photographed on our product page.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I return the product if I change my mind? We're only able to accept returns for damaged or defective items, not for change of mind, once an order has been dispatched.
