Refund & Return Policy β AllDoneHub

At AllDoneHub we want every order to be right. This policy applies to all orders placed on alldonehub.myshopify.com (and our custom domain once live).
1. Replacement / refund for damaged, defective or wrong items
- Inspect your parcel at delivery when possible.
- Report any damage, defect or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (+91 96453 34564) or email (sharathm.wk@gmail.com) with your order ID, a short unboxing video or clear photos, and the shipping label.
- Once verified, we arrange a free replacement or a full refund β return/reverse-pickup costs for verified issues are borne by us.
2. Change of mind
- Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- For change-of-mind returns, reverse-pickup / return shipping charges (βΉ49) are deducted from the refund.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (anything that contacts skin/water once opened) and free gifts are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
3. Refund timelines
- Prepaid orders (UPI/card/net banking): refunded to the original payment method within 5β7 business days of the returned item passing quality check.
- Cash on Delivery orders: refunded by bank transfer / UPI within 5β7 business days (cash refunds are not possible).
- You will receive an email/WhatsApp confirmation when the refund is initiated.
4. How to start a return
1. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order ID and photos/video.
2. We confirm eligibility within 24 hours and schedule a reverse pickup where available (or share a return address).
3. Pack the item securely with all accessories and the invoice.
4. Refund/replacement is processed after inspection.
5. Non-returnable situations
After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled in transit. Once delivered, damaged or defective items are covered by our 7-day free replacement/refund guarantee, and unopened items may be returned within 7 days as per our Refund Policy.
