Coverage
We currently ship within India only, to all serviceable PIN codes via trusted courier partners (Delhivery / Bluedart / DTDC or equivalent, chosen by serviceability).
Dispatch & delivery timelines
- Orders are dispatched within 24β48 hours of confirmation (Sundays and national holidays excluded).
- Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Kochi, Ahmedabad, Jaipur): typically 2β4 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: typically 4β7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote / North-East areas: up to 10 business days.
- You will receive a tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp and email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping charges
- Flat βΉ49 per order below βΉ499.
- FREE shipping on prepaid orders of βΉ499 and above.
- Cash on Delivery may carry a small handling fee shown at checkout, if applicable.
Address changes & delays
- Address changes are possible only before dispatch β message us immediately on WhatsApp with your order ID.
- Courier delays beyond our control (weather, strikes, remote locations) are communicated proactively where possible.
Lost / stuck parcels
- If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us and we will investigate with the courier and reship or refund at our discretion.
